Jinlong Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. specializes in the manufacturing of micro vibration motors. Jinlong was established in 1985 with fixed assets of over USD9,660,000.
Our company covers an area of 12,000 square meters, with an 8,800 square meter factory. We have over 760 employees, of which 85 or technical personnel. We have mainly manufacture micro vibration motors including our #&956;m$ coreless DC permanent magnet motor. This motor features stable construction, good performance, light and compact size, power conserving mechanism, and stronger vibrating function that is applicable in the mobile phone industry. Moreover, this product can also be applied to the automatic focusing and control system of video cameras, digital cameras, and precision medical devices. It has been tested and appraised by experts organized by the Chinese Information Industry Ministry, in which the concluded that our product reached the same advanced level of international brands in the late nineties.
Jinlong introduced advanced Japanese equipment for production and testing of micro vibration motors in the late nineties. We now have an annual output capacity of 25,000,000 pieces. All of our products have passed ISO9001 quality certification. More importantly, our products have been well received at both home and abroad. All our micro vibration motor series have sold well all over the world, formerly possessing a 40% market share in the pager industry. We have exported to Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.
