. System Overview
KJ90 three-dimensional digital mine safe production integrated information platform is a new generation of coal mine safety production integrated information centralized control platform based on three-dimensional digitization that is first researched and developed in the country by our institute, and has reached to the international advanced level on the basis of the comprehensive study of the related software of digital mine at home and abroad as well as actual demands of the domestic mining companies, combined with the entire mine integrated automation project experiences.
The system is mainly applied to the professional and technical personnel (such as mechanical and electrical, ventilation and fire prevention, geology, surveying and mining, etc) and related operators of the coal mining enterprises. The system can comprehensively achieve the three-dimensional display real-time dynamic monitoring information in the mine digging three-dimensional diagram: monitoring information on the harmful gases (such as gas, CO, etc), personnel, safety and production equipment (main fan, local fan, damper, coal cutter, belt, water pump, mancar, air compressor, coal bunker coal level, water level, beam tube analysis, etc.); surface, underground video surveillance images; mine 3D geological modeling, calculation of reserves and dynamic management and rapid data mapping; the system can automatically generate three-dimensional terrain, sinking and driving engineering three-dimensional diagram, three-dimensional drilling, formation three-dimensional diagram based on the ground measurement, engineering data, so as to completely unfold the real whole picture of the mine surface and underground (including production, equipment operating status).

. System composition
System platform uses the overall system architecture based on the mine safety production information system as well as safe production integrated management of Group Company as the objective. Its technical characteristics: for the Group company, the horizontally integrated management method based on the professional information is used; for the production mine, the vertically integrated management method based on the system information is used. Therefore, the system can be used for a single mine while the information system platform of multi-mine safety production integrated management of Group Company is very easily built.

    1. Highly integrated information management platform: geodesy, engineering, design, production, video surveillance, security monitoring, gas monitoring, security production scheduling, integrated automation, document and graphics management;
    2. Combination of advanced 3D digital mine and video surveillance system:  interactive function of the three-dimensional graphics and video surveillance point;
    3. Advanced factory and mine safe production working condition dynamical display function: based on 3D geography and engineering three-dimensional drawing, the integrated information (such as safety, production, engineering, site video, equipment, scheduling, etc of the factory and mine) are visually displayed;
    4. Advanced three-dimensional, two-dimensional graphics display and management functions: three-dimensional terrain, engineering design, data processing and integrated query (simple system structure, normal operating environment, easy maintenance);
    5. Advanced multi-plant, mine real-time data acquisition, data processing, network data communication automatic monitoring and early warning;
    6. Based on the factory, mine safety and production information system, the objective of the safety production integrated management of the group company is used as the system architecture, the relatively independent, mutual merging information system platform of (Group) company, factory and mine are established (especially suitable for construction of the information system of Group company with factory and mine);
    7. Remote, off-site use system platform function, it can be used anywhere in the world (place where can access the Internet), to greatly facilitate the real-time monitoring of off-site factory and mine of Group company.

1. Production and operation decision support platform
(1)Enterprise portal construction
System platform uses B / S structure, to establish the corporate information website for the Group company and mines, which it is used to publish and query the graphics, reports, data, graphics and real-time dynamic working conditions associated with the security and production of the units. The system platform website can be release outside as enterprise portal.
2Coordination office OA
Office automation (Office Automation, abbreviation as OA) is a new office mode to combine the modern office and computer network function, the system can realize the automation and paperless of common administrative affairs; while providing interface, to customize or develop a variety of specialized modules by the customer, to constitute one information system that is most suitable for the overall management of the coal mine.
3Operating data analysis system
The summarizing analysis is conducted for each system data of the whole mine, to provide services for decision-making. Operating data analysis system is used to achieve the dynamic forecast and control function of the cost consumption, and find the problem in the cost control in time, and take effective measures to solve, including equipment management, spare parts and consumable management, energy management, etc.
4Employee operation training
Employee operation training can be achieved in the completely realistic three-dimensional mine environment, the safety operation specification training is conducted using the explanation of the text and sound. Some important operation specifications can be made for the operating interactive link, the user can use the mouse and keyboard to interact with 3D objects on the screen and screen UI, the user can quickly grasp the safety operation specification in a happy mood through vivid form.

A. Safety Management Information System
Safety management information subsystem is used to establish the safety supervision institution management, industrial injury accident management, security management, security assessment and security technology training management based on the Group's safety management mode.
B. Production scheduling management information system
Mainly include the management of the contents, such as mine raw coal output, mine tunneling footage situation, production preparation work, class attendance situation, mine on duty situation, grass-roots unit cadres attendance situation, schedule recording and production safety three reporting, coal external shipment, washing amount and road external shipment, production forecasting, important team completion situation, security situation at that date, leadership instructions and major issues, original class production analysis.
C. Production mine-aided design subsystem
 Mine shaft 3D visualization three-dimensional diagram with the integration of the sinking and driving engineering and coal seam is the design foundation and basis, design and layout of the development roadway, preparation of the roadway; based on the wire orientation, distance and slope, and profile parameters, 3D engineering three-dimensional drawing can be generated automatically;
 Coal roadway layout design: same as graphic design, the system can automatically project the coal roadway wire with the plane arrangement into the coal seam, to generate three-dimensional view along the seam floor or roof. The system can automatically conduct the interpolation at a distance, to calculate three-dimensional coordinates, azimuth and slope.
 Coalface design: according to the layout of the mining tunnel, three-dimensional working face diagram is generated, the technical parameters and reserves of the working face are calculated.
 Three-dimensional, two-dimensional graphics processing, graphics conversion and compatible with AUTOCAD graphic formats.
D. Mine shaft natural disaster warning system
Mine shaft natural disaster warning system is used to develop and establish the monitoring models (such as gas disaster identification, prediction, forecasting, early warning and prevention, etc) based on the mine shaft mining engineering plan, ventilation system diagram, gas geological map, so as to realized the full management of the gas prevention and control in the production process by the digitizing means. The implementation method is to conduct the mine shaft gas assessment through spatial analysis functions, and thus conduct the early warning and forecasting.
E. Emergency rescue command and management information system
Emergency rescue command and management information system is an integrated information management platform integrated with the affairs management, analysis and decision-making and event management. The emergency rescue command information management system will elevate the relief command mode that simply rely on paper plans and traditional communication means to the scientific and intelligent command mode by making use of computer-assisted decision-making information system to guide the  commander for the implementation. Through the network-based computer information system, the plan management and drills, disaster relief agencies and persons and goods management, disaster relief command and emergency response, voices, graphics and mobile phone text messages, etc can be effectively integrated, to form the emergency rescue command and management information subsystem.
F. Intelligent mine shaft ventilation and fire prevention system
Intelligent mine shaft ventilation and fire prevention system must have the capacities to handle and draw the ventilation system drawing, ventilation network graph, fan selection and adjustment, natural wind distribution, wind distribution calculation as needed, optimal design and renovation, fixed point conciliation calculation, wind network management, fan management, ventilation statement, fault diagnosis and catastrophic handling, etc.
G. Dynamic outburst prevention management
Dynamic outburst prevention system is used to achieve the information management, analysis and early warning of the comprehensive outburst control technology "four in one" of the outburst danger working face by computer technology, to enhance the standardization, effectiveness and timeliness for the outburst prevention management.
H. Gas emission analysis and early warning system
Gas emission analysis and early warning system is mainly used for the analysis and processing of the historical value and real-time value of the gas monitoring data, to study the gas emission characteristics of the mine shaft or mining working face. According to the gas emission characteristics, the outburst danger, gas explosion hazard and gas catastrophic dynamic evolution of the mining working face is real time determined., including the automatic calculation of the dynamic analysis, dynamic prediction index Fv (gas concentration change frequency), V30 (gas emission quantity tons of coal/30 minutes after cannoning) , Kv (gas emission variation coefficient), etc of the real-time value of the gas monitoring data, dynamic calculation of the outburst risk critical value, real-time early warning of gas emission indexes, gas disaster dynamic spread scope, escape routes, disaster development tendency and scopes, etc.

Equipment maintenance management function
The equipment management system is established by GIS platform, to intuitively reflect the attribute information on GIS map, such as spatial location of the equipment and operating conditions, intrinsic parameters, regular maintenance situation, parts replacement, equipment calibration, etc; equipment maintenance calibration tables can be generated by day or by class; it can be combined with the inventory management system to generate accessories plan sheet.
3. Integrated Automation System
Mine integrated automation system construction is the system engineering involving multi-domain, multi-link, multi-dimensional, multi-sectoral, multi-disciplinary intersection. From mine production process control point of view, a set of stable, reliable, strong real-time, simple operation automatic control system is needed; from the coal mine safety point of view, the mine integrated automation system can find the hidden danger in advance, warn in time, achieve the real-time abnormal notification and dynamic security management.
KJ90 whole mine integrated automation system developed by our institute is one overall solution integrated with the coal mine production automatic control, security management early warning and comprehensive analysis decision-making. The entire software support platform includes the configuration softwares such as GE Fanuc iFIX, Siemenss WIN CC, AB's RSView.
