As a result, Tradett.com does not control and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Site or the ability of the suppliers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase.
Search or subscribe information from Tradett.com
Free member has Right to search or subscribe information posted on Tradett.com by accessing to Tradett.com or receiving E-mail. Tradett is not responsible for the truth,accuracy,quality
and timeliness of these leads.
Users are hereby made aware that there may be risks of dealing with people acting under false pretenses, and assume the risks of purchase and sale transactions when using the site to conduct transactions.
Tradett affirms functions above constitute the main part of Free member Service, and will not be all terminated or changed.
2.This service is provided and only provided to Business & Economy Organization(such as enterprise, corporation, partner organizations) or merchant.
3.Tradett affirms member's identity according to their account and password. Members should keep account and password under safe condition, and be reponsible for using. Menbers should inform Tradett when his/her ID is illegally used or any security issue happened. Members should agree and admit that Tradett is not reponsible for any damage caused by the situation above.
4.Tradett provides Free member : Free member can inform The Third Parties with contact info above, and authorize Tradett release information to any person access to the special website.
5.Tradett and partners is not responsible for the truth,accuracy,quality and timeliness of any information posted by Free members.
6.Tradett reserves the Right to change, update, modify and transfer service, functions and software at any time. Tradett reserves further Right to develop or set new module, function, software or other language service. These services of new module, function and software above still apply this Service Agreement, unless Tradett has another notice. Free member admit that Tradett is not responsible for the damage caused by any delays, errors or omissions with respect to any communications or transmission under any situation. Free member agree that they access to Tradett in order to contact the Third Parties for business.
1. Free member declares, admits and agrees:
1 Members should provide true, accurate, latest and complete information, including themselves and Credit reference people.
2 Maintain and update information abouve to Ensure its true, accurate, timely and
integrity.
Members grant Tradett a permanent, irrevocable, worldwide and free use license,
including their agents, employees, service providers and other technology and services
to provide the necessary cooperation of people,as to say, Tradett has Right to use
the information provided by members according to this Service Agreement. Members
further agree to once provide the information or data in the provision of services,
they agree to give up this information or information related to copyright and property
rights.
If member's information provided is untrue, inaccurate, not timely or incomplete, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect its authenticity, accuracy, timeliness and completeness, Tradett has Right to suspend or terminate membership and refuse member to use any existing services and the subsequent functions or services may be provided.
2.Free member hereby represents, warrants and agrees that information submitted to Tradett.com for display on the Site shall not:
1 contain fraudulent information or make fraudulent offers of items or involve the sale or attempted sale of counterfeit or stolen items or items whose sales and/or marketing is prohibited by applicable law, or otherwise promote other illegal activities;
2 relate to sale of products or services that infringe or otherwise abet or encourage the infringement or violation of any third party's copyright, patent, trademarks, trade secret or other proprietary right or rights of publicity or privacy, or any other Third Party Rights;
3 violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
4 be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;
5 be obscene or contain or infer any pornography or sex-related merchandising or any other content or otherwise promotes sexually explicit materials or is otherwise harmful to minors;
6 promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
7 contain any material that constitutes unauthorized advertising or harassment (including but not limited to spamming), invades anyone's privacy or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law or regulation.
3.Any information posted or provided by Free Member under this Agreement should meet Tradett website publicity and the dissemination of relevant information on the letter.
4.Free members agree and admit that they use this Site solely for their own personal or internal business purposes, not for all kinds of information agency or operating a business that competes with Tradett.com. Otherwise, Tradett has the Right to terminate Service at any time and no refund. Tradett deserves the Right of appeal.
5.Free Member further declare and agreed that the information posted in the name of its business partners should get the permission and agree the following:
1 As Free member's Credit reference people;
Post detail contact info, recommendation letter and commendation.
2 Make sure that The Third Parties can contact and affirm the commendation. Members further promise the truth and accuracy of the commendation, and admit The Third Parties can contact credit reference people without the permission.
Free member agrees and accepts that Tradett does not always monitor the info post by members,and edit the content. Tradett should not affirm and check the info and recommendation provided by Free member. Each Free member must individully be responsible for the legality of their communications content, information and comments they provided. But Tradett reserves the Right to suspend or cancel the info by judgement if it offends law or This Agreement.
In the event that any User has a dispute with any party to a transaction, such User agrees to release and indemnify Tradett (and our agents, affiliates, directors, officers and employees) from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including without limitation any actual, special, incidental or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with such transaction.
6. According to This Agreement of other permission of Tradett.com, Free member can take advantage of technical service, such as database and listing. Each User agrees that it shall not copy, reproduce or download any information, text, images, video clips, directories, files, databases or listings available on or through the Site for the purpose of re-selling or re-distributing the Tradett.com Content, mass mailing (via emails, wireless text messages, physical mail or otherwise), operating a business that competes with Tradett.com, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Tradett.com Content.
1. Tradett has the Right to refuse the application of membership or suspend/end your membership as following conditions:
1 Any item of this Agreement or Member Service Agreement if member offend.
2 Tradett can end service at any time if we find member is ISP.
2. If one party to the agreement, except for the purpose of reorganization or mergers, is disbanded by the judgement of a court or the resolution, the receiving party or designated representatives of creditor has Right to end this Agreement after informing the other party.
1.This Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the User and Tradett.com with respect to access to and use of the Site, superseding any prior written or oral agreements in relation to the same subject matter herein.
2.This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of People's Republic of China ("PRC") without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties to this Agreement hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Futian District, Shenzhen.
3.If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, then such provisions can be separated, while the rest is still legally binding.
4. The title of agreement is only established for reading convenient, not related with definition of terms, limitations, interpretation or description of its scope or boundaries.
