Summary
2th International Premiums&Promotional Items Exhibition-Promotürk is going to be held at Istanbul Expo Center/Cnrexpo between 22 – 25 September 2010 with the participation of the leading brands in the sector.Last year,a total of 27.049 visitors came to the exhibition was organized in partnership with Promotürk (Promotional Products Suppliers&Distributors Association) and KOSGEB (Small and Medium Industry Development Organization).Promotürk Exhibition which now has an international identity was visited by over 27 thousand professional buyers and the event played a vital role in bringing together, the local designs and products with foreign buyers in the promotional item sector which is currently dominated by imports.
General Information
A total of 1.737 foreign buyers from neighboring counties like Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Russia, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Iraq and Iran visited the exhibition and there were participants from abroad as well. Participants from Germany, Pakistan and Switzerland contacted the buyers via the event. Prodir Sa, one of the leading pen manufacturers of Europe; Echa which has a signficant market share in toy and gift items market in Europe and Monza Impex, the leading sportive promotional items manufacturer of Middle East were among the participants of the event. During the event, prominent issues were the progress made by the Turkish promotional items sector, its goals, and contribution of the event to the sector. Organizer underlined the fact that, many countries with European and Middle East countries being the main ones preferred the Turkish promotional items market. The officials of the Promotürk Society, on the other hand, stated that they place great emphasis on promotion of their sector abroad and as a result, have been able to direct attention to Turkey.
